She is skilled in crisis intervention and maintains a calm, composed approach in high-pressure situations. Her clinical practice incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and Strengths-Based approaches.

In her free time, Arianna enjoys reading, spending quality time with her friends and family, and always has a book in hand. She also loves singing, dancing, and seeking out new adventures.

ARIANNA UREÑA’S APPROACH TO THERAPY

I am committed to creating a warm and supportive environment where children feel seen, heard, and valued, especially as they navigate difficult challenges. I believe that no child should feel afraid to express their struggles, and I approach each interaction with an open heart and mind, infusing a sense of humor and lightness to help them feel at ease. My goal is to establish a genuine connection with every child and family I work with, fostering trust and rapport that form the foundation for meaningful growth and healing.

As a therapist, I view my role as a collaborative partner in the journey toward personal change and growth. You are the author of your own story, and I am here to provide guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
