ABOUT TIMOTHY CONWAY

Dr. Timothy Conway is a licensed professional counselor, director of school counseling, and adjunct instructor at several graduate schools. He has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, and has worked in schools, private practice, outpatient, and in-home placements. He has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxietydepression, ADHD, college or career development, and academic difficulties. His counseling approach is grounded in Adlerian theory while using strengths-based, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral strategies.

Dr. Conway is a former college baseball athlete, and still enjoys playing in a men’s baseball league on Sundays along with golfing and fishing.  Dr. Conway also enjoys gardening and using the fresh produce from his garden when cooking and baking.  Dr. Conway enjoys traveling personally to domestic and international destinations, as well as traveling professionally having visited well over 150 colleges and universities.

I work with clients to construct meaning from their individual circumstances and to create goals to move forward. I believe every client is different, and my pledge is to treat each person as an individual, working towards your own unique goals. In my work with couples, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment that will help the couple grow and thrive together, given the right tools and support. I am passionate about empowering couples to rebuild their connection, overcome challenges, and create a fulfilling partnership.
