What You'll Do
**The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents. Adult clients can be seen as well, but our biggest current need in the practice is for our youngest clients.
- Provide child, adolescent and adult therapy
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Conduct thorough intake assessments
- Research and use appropriate counseling interventions, appraisals and assessment
- Provide the following consultation services: Psycho-educational seminars and workshops, Parenting guidance, Consultation with schools and other therapists if necessary
- Participate in all mandated supervision
- Communicate effectively with administrative team and clinical staff
- Maintain the following administrative services: Client billing, Client case notes
Minimum Qualifications
- Provisionally licensed clinician (LAC, LSW)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self starter attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
Preferred qualifications
- Experience and passion for working with children and adolescents
