Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dedicated mental health professionals who:
- Active Licensure: An active LPC or LCSW license is preferred; applicants holding an LAC or LSW will also be considered based on relevant experience and training.
- Experience: Clinical counseling: 2 years (Preferred)
- Advanced Training: You bring experience and a clinical interest in working with couples and the perinatal population. Additional consideration for candidates who are Gottman-trained or eager to pursue this training.
- Collaborative Spirit: You are community-minded and thrive in collaborative environments, while still possessing the ability to be autonomous. You want to be part of a team-based approach.
- Session Commitment: You are willing and able to conduct a minimum of 15 (part time) or 30 (full time) counseling sessions per week on an agreed upon schedule.
- Personal Qualities: You demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and reliability. You show strong organizational skills, communicate clearly in both written and verbal form, and take a proactive, self-directed approach with a willingness to learn and grow
- Long-Term Commitment: You are interested in committing to a position that has the potential to evolve into full-time work and possibly include leadership responsibilities over the next two years, and are committed to excellence and continuous growth.
