ABOUT ALLISON JOHNSON
As the founder of Beautiful Journey Counseling, Dr. Johnson has devoted the past decade to assembling a talented team of clinicians and administrators. Recently, she has redirected her focus from direct client care to enhancing the environment for practice leaders, while consistently aiming to offer exceptional clinical supervision and professional development to her staff. Dr. Johnson maintains a deep passion for maternal mental health, focusing on assisting women in redefining their identities and finding stability during this crucial life transition. Her commitment to this demographic has fostered a robust team of skilled clinicians within the practice, dedicated to supporting and guiding women throughout their journey into motherhood.
Dr. Johnson resides in Bergen County with her husband and their four children. In her leisure time, she loves to run, weight train, practice Pilates, read, and seek out yoga and travel experiences.
