ABOUT ERIN MURPHY-WILCZEK
Erin Murphy-Wilczek first worked as an Oncology Social Worker, providing support to adolescents and adults who were navigating complex challenges from cancer diagnoses and bereavement.
Erin is currently a School Social Worker on the Child Study Team for a high school in Bergen County. In addition to managing students’ educational needs, she provides counseling to students with emotional and social challenges. She is also the school’s anti-bullying specialist.
In Erin’s private practice, she makes use of Mindfulness, Strengths Perspective, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other techniques to address her clients’ specific needs.
In my personal time, I enjoy connecting with family and friends, taking trips to the beach, and being outdoors.
ERIN MURPHY-WILCZEK’S APPROACH TO THERAPY
With my experience in both healthcare and the school system, I know what it’s like to help those in great need of services.
