About Arianna Ureña

Arianna has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through various roles, driven by a passion for amplifying the voices of those she serves. She began her journey as an Advocacy Support Specialist at an adoption agency, where her dedication and skill quickly led her to the positions of Adoption Specialist and Pregnancy Counselor. While pursuing her graduate studies, she expanded her expertise through diverse internship placements, ranging from educational settings to multi-disciplinary clinical teams.

After becoming a licensed social worker, Arianna served as a Clinician at an intensive residential treatment center, providing comprehensive wrap-around services, including individual, group, and family therapy. This foundation allowed her to develop a deep understanding of complex family dynamics and the importance of holistic case management.

Arianna brings extensive experience in working with clients of all ages—including children, adolescents, and adults—presenting with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, and behavioral challenges. She is highly skilled in crisis intervention and maintains a calm, composed approach in high-pressure situations. Her clinical practice incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to the individual, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy techniques, and Strengths-Based approaches.

In her free time, Arianna enjoys reading, spending quality time with her friends and family, and always has a book in hand. She also loves singing, dancing, and seeking out new adventures.
