As Practice Manager at Beautiful Journey Counseling®, Stephanie brings more than 20 years of professional experience across secondary and higher education, along with an academic background in psychology and counseling. Her experience working with people from diverse backgrounds has shaped her ability to build relationships, navigate challenges, communicate effectively, and recognize what people need to feel supported and successful. She works closely with leadership, clinicians, and administrative staff to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensure clients and families feel welcomed and supported throughout their experience. Stephanie values clear communication, collaboration, and practical solutions, and believes that a sense of humor and the ability to laugh together can go a long way, even on the busiest days.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Stephanie is happy to call it home. Outside of work, she enjoys all things home design, experimenting in the kitchen with whatever inspiration strikes, and, most of all, appreciating the everyday moments spent with her family.
