Calm & Confident is a fun, supportive DBT-based group where teens build real-life coping skills for managing big emotions, boosting confidence, handling stress, and strengthening friendships—all in a relaxed environment.

Topics include

Understanding anxiety
Reducing avoidant behaviors
Building distress tolerance in anxious moments
Increasing confidence in social and independent situations
Practicing real life exposures in a safe way

This 5-day small-group workshop helps boys develop practical skills to manage academics, handle pressure, and navigate peer relationships with confidence.

Day 1: The System Briefing: Learn how middle school actually works (and what changes fast)

Day 2: The Organization Upgrade: Backpacks, lockers, time management, and staying on track

Day 3: The Communication Protocol: How to talk to teachers, ask for help, and fix problems early

Day 4: The Social Strategy Network: Friendship dynamics, respectful humor, and peer confidence

Day 5: The Pressure Response Training: Staying calm under stress + building mental reset tools
